The wood-products company «Gal-Lis» is the largest logging and wood-processing company in the Ivano-Frankivsk and the Chernivtsi regions (Download map). The Company was established in 2001 as a result of consolidation of seven wood-processing enterprises and one logging company.

The primary Company’s objective is the production of high-quality and competitive products from natural types of wood (spruce, beech, oak and other species).

Since 2001, the «Gal-Lis» has started to operate in the domestic (Ukraine) as well as in the foreign markets (Germany, Austria, Italy, Israel, etc.) Nowadays, the Company has been taking a strong position in the market of construction and finishing wood materials.

The partners of the Company are such well-known companies as Moralt, Arespan, Mende, Westag & Getalit AG, ASTRA-Turen GmbH, JSC “Fisher-Muhachevo” and other large western and domestic companies that work in the wood products’ market.

Our company has constant and stable raw materials’ sources in several districts of the Ivano-Frankivsk and the Chernivtsi regions as well as good logging and timber-carrying facilities.

The annual production capacity of the Company is about 50 000 cubic meters. The production facilities’ area is more than 30 000 square meters. The total number of the Company’s employees is 1200. In 2006, the Company produced 38 000 cubic meters of finished products (20 000 cubic meters of which were exported).

Company utilizes modern technologies and equipment produced in Germany, Italy, France and Poland. It includes sawing machines (EWD, LBL Bibat, WDT, Piny&Kay), wood-processing machines (Weinig, Kupfermueller, Lignuma, Cosmek, Raimann, Costa), finger-jointing machines, blockboard production presses (Torwegge), drying chambers with automatic control (Vanicek, Bollmann, Hildebrandt).
