1. Edged timber

  • Specification
    During the production process the following defects are not allowed: rot, firm rot, blue stain, deadwood, large rotten knots, worm holes, chips, large splits, ring shakes, curvature, and wane.

    Grade A, B, C, D

  • Application
    Used in the construction as well as in joinery production. Upon the customer’s request timber can be kiln-dried.

    Length: 800-4000mm (-0+5mm)


2. Pallets

  • Specification
    The quality of pallet timber produced presumes no rot, no loose and open knots (holes), no insect damages, and no wane.

  • Application
    Used in the production of Euro pallets.

  • Dimensions
    Thickness: 14-100mm (-0+2mm)
    Width: 74-150mm (-0+2mm)
    Length: 800-2000mm (-0+5mm)


3. Wall panelling

  • Specification
    Grade A presumes unlimited black pin knots as well as tight intergrown knots (max 30 mm diameter). Timber has no blue stain on a face side, pith rays, gum pockets over 0,5õ5sm, loose and open knots, curvature, chips and insect damages. Planing is clean and pileless.

    Grade B has tight intergrown knots (max 45 mm diameter), partly intergrown knots (max 20 mm diameter), light colour, visible pith rays, gum pockets, curvature with sag (max 5 mm per meter). Timber has no defects of blue stain on the face side, insect damages, chips, splits, loose and open knots. Planing is clean and pileless.

    Moisture: 10-12%

  • Application
    Used in the house-building process as a finishing material.

4. Flooring

  • Specification
    Grade A has unlimited black pin knots as well as sound tight intergrown knots (max 35 mm). Loose and open knots, wane, curvature, chips, splits, insect damages, rot, and blue stain are not allowed.

    Grade B has sound tight intergrown knots (max 45 mm), partly intergrown knots (max 25 mm diameter), light blue stain, red stain, small splits, curvature (max 5 mm per meter). Timber has no rot and wane.

  • Application
    Used in the house-building process.

  • Dimensions
    Thickness: 28-35mm
    Width: 100-140mm
    Length: 1000-4000mm


5. Finger-jointed beam.

  • Specification
    The finger-jointed beam has a clearly sawn and smoothly planed surface. Black knots (max 3 mm diameter) with no fungus as well as tight intergrown knots (max 10 mm) are allowed. The wane, blue stain and sapwood are not allowed.

    Grade A, B.

  • Application
    Used in the door production process.

  • Dimensions
    Thickness: 30-40mm (+/-0,2mm)
    Width: 30-40mm (+/-0,5mm)
    Length: 600-2200mm (-0+0,5mm)


6. Glued panels

  • Specification
    The edge-glued panel is a perfect rectangular. Maximum allowed moisture content is 8 %. The width of slats that are glued into the panel is 29 mm. Production process does not presume the usage of timber with brown rot and reddening. For correction of defects (open knots) aluminum staples are used.

    Grade A, B, C.

  • Application
    Used as basic elements for the production of veneered blackboards of all types, in furniture and construction industries.
